On August 4, 2026, Tiffany’s family lost Briana Elizabeth Shaw unexpectedly at just 25 years old after Briana became critically ill with sepsis. What began with hope that Briana would come home turned into every mother’s worst nightmare: having to plan a funeral for a beloved daughter. Briana was a loving daughter, sister, protector, and caregiver who loved fiercely. As the second oldest of seven children, Briana cared deeply for siblings and family, and that love shaped so much of the life Briana built. Briana was also a proud United States Army Veteran. Briana spent life protecting and caring for others, and the loss has left an unimaginable emptiness in the hearts of everyone who loved Briana.

Now, while grieving this devastating loss, Tiffany and the family are facing funeral expenses, the responsibility of managing Briana’s home and estate, outstanding obligations, travel, and many other unexpected costs. They are also trying to protect and honor the legacy Briana worked so hard to build for family. Any support will help ease these burdens and allow the family to focus on laying Briana to rest with dignity and love. Any donation, no matter the amount, means more than words can say. If donating is not possible, please share Briana’s story and this fundraiser with others. Thank you for helping Tiffany and the family honor beautiful Briana and the life of service, love, and sacrifice that should have had so much more time.
